Flyesoo is a registered trade name of AIRTKTSERVICES LLC, an independent travel agency incorporated in the United States. We are not an airline and have no ownership, affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship relationship with any airline. We operate solely as an accredited independent intermediary between travelers and airlines.
By contacting Flyesoo, visiting our website, or engaging our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Flyesoo provides the following on behalf of clients:
All bookings are subject to airline availability and the fare terms of the applicable carrier. Flyesoo acts as agent — not as principal — in all transactions.
Flyesoo charges service fees for bookings, changes, upgrades, and cancellations, in addition to any airline fares, taxes, and carrier-imposed fees. All service fees are disclosed clearly by your agent before any transaction is processed. No charges are made without your explicit verbal authorization.
Airline fares fluctuate and may change at any time until a booking is fully confirmed and paid. Verbal fare quotes are estimates only. The confirmed price is established at the time payment is processed.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. By providing payment details, you authorize AIRTKTSERVICES LLC to charge the confirmed transaction amount. A confirmation is issued upon successful payment.
Refund eligibility is governed by the airline's fare rules and applicable DOT regulations. Flyesoo service fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
Changes are subject to airline availability, change fees, and fare differences determined by the airline. All costs are presented to you before processing. Name changes are subject to individual airline rules.
You are responsible for:
Flyesoo (AIRTKTSERVICES LLC) acts solely as a booking agent. We are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, or baggage issues. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the service fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
We are not responsible for service disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, airline strikes, or technical outages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates are posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
