Overview
Cancellation rules are determined by the airline’s fare rules for the specific ticket you purchased. FlyEsoo / XTC will assist you in processing cancellations according to those rules. Always contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
24-Hour Cancellation Right
Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, most tickets purchased at least 7 days before departure may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you wish to exercise this option, call +1-877-670-3374 or email info@flyesoo.com immediately and provide your booking reference.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Most discounted economy fares are non-refundable. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket:
- The fare may be forfeited, or
- The airline may convert the value into a residual credit (subject to airline rules and expiration dates), and
- Airline and agency service fees may apply.
Refundable Tickets
If the fare rules allow a refund:
- Airline processing fees may be deducted.
- Our agency may apply a service fee for processing the refund request.
- Refunds are typically returned to the original form of payment and may take several business days (or longer, depending on the airline and payment method).
How to Cancel
- Call +1-877-670-3374 or email info@flyesoo.com.
- Have your booking reference or e-ticket number ready.
- An agent will check the fare rules and explain any fees or residual value.
- Once you confirm, we will process the cancellation with the airline.
Airline-Initiated Cancellations
If the airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund or rebooking options under the carrier’s policy and applicable regulations. Contact us promptly so we can help you with the available options.
No-Shows
Failing to board without cancelling in advance (a no-show) often results in forfeiture of the fare and may cancel remaining segments on the same ticket. Always notify us if you cannot travel.
