Cancellation Policy

Overview

Cancellation rules are determined by the airline’s fare rules for the specific ticket you purchased. FlyEsoo / XTC will assist you in processing cancellations according to those rules. Always contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

24-Hour Cancellation Right

Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, most tickets purchased at least 7 days before departure may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you wish to exercise this option, call +1-877-670-3374 or email info@flyesoo.com immediately and provide your booking reference.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Most discounted economy fares are non-refundable. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket:

• The fare may be forfeited, or
• The airline may convert the value into a residual credit (subject to airline rules and expiration dates), and
• Airline and agency service fees may apply.

Refundable Tickets

If the fare rules allow a refund:

• Airline processing fees may be deducted.
• Our agency may apply a service fee for processing the refund request.
• Refunds are typically returned to the original form of payment and may take several business days (or longer, depending on the airline and payment method).

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

No-Shows

Failing to board without cancelling in advance (a no-show) often results in forfeiture of the fare and may cancel remaining segments on the same ticket. Always notify us if you cannot travel.
