This policy covers how refunds are handled for flights booked through Flyesoo — eligibility, timelines, and how to start the process.
Flyesoo is an independent travel agency. Refund eligibility is governed primarily by the individual airline's fare rules and applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Our role is to review your options with you transparently and submit refund requests to the airline on your behalf. Nothing is processed without your explicit authorization.
Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, airlines operating flights to, from, or within the United States must allow passengers to cancel within 24 hours of booking at no penalty, as long as the flight departs at least 7 days from the booking date. If you are within this window, call Flyesoo now. We'll process your cancellation and submit a full refund request to the airline on your behalf, right away.
Fully refundable fares entitle you to cancel at any time before departure and receive a cash refund to your original payment method. The refundable amount reflects the full ticket fare paid to the airline; Flyesoo service fees collected at the time of booking are non-refundable.

When an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you are generally entitled to a full refund to your original payment method, regardless of fare type. Flyesoo service fees charged for bookings, modifications, and cancellations are non-refundable in standard circumstances. These fees are fully disclosed upfront and no charge is made without your explicit verbal authorization during the call.
Flyesoo does not control airline refund timelines. We submit your request promptly — processing time is determined by each airline's internal procedures.
